We update stock regularly, but availability can change without notice. We do not publish supplier inventory levels directly because those levels are confidential under our supplier agreement.

All prices shown on Love Secrets are in Australian dollars and may be changed at any time without notice before an order is accepted. The supplier reserves the right to change price structures, so retail pricing may also be updated when needed.

6. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where required, including for payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock problems, or compliance concerns.

7. Product use

Products sold on this website must be used only for their intended purpose. Supplier warranty support applies only where products are used as intended and not misused or abused. Some products are adult novelty items and are not marketed as medical devices.

8. Warranty and faults

Where applicable, faulty items may qualify for repair, replacement, refund, or store credit in line with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Supplier documents provide for a 12-month defect/workmanship warranty, subject to proper use.

9. Resale

Products purchased from Love Secrets are for end-user retail purchase. They must not be used to create an unauthorised wholesale supply chain. The supplier terms expressly prohibit onward wholesale supply by retail customers.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including branding, text, layout, images, and design elements, remains the property of Love Secrets or its licensors. Supplier data feed content also remains protected intellectual property under the supplier agreement.

11. External factors

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier delays, technology issues, or force majeure events. The supplier agreement includes similar force majeure treatment.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by publishing a revised version on the website.
