Refund policy
At Love Secrets, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us.
Because we sell intimate products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, unwanted items, or opened products.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or video showing the problem, where possible
We may need to assess the item before offering a remedy.
Change of mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for intimate products, adult toys, lubricants, lingerie, underwear, body products, or personal care items.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Opened or used products
Opened, used, worn, or unsealed products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or otherwise fail to meet your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return approval
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
